‘Partnerships and Alliances’
As you can imagine over 20 years we have built up many relationships. Some of these relationships are less formal than others. The more formal have tended to be forma and current clients who we have formed Strategic Alliances with.
We now consider many of our clients to be our partners in the true sense of the word and ‘Vice Versa’ we actively bid for work together and regularly enter into joint bids with 1st4 not only supporting the Bid Teams of our infinitely larger clients but actively participate in, and contribute to, the Bid creation and submission.
One of 1st4 real strengths is planning and we are to produce High Level Fully Resourced Plans at very short notice which is paramount when putting Bids together.. as the end client wants to see that you can in fact deliver and have not only the gravitas and funds but also have resource available to deliver against the Bid if you are successful.
